Lawlessness Must End

Today's ( Dec 28) The Times of India carried a disturbing piece of news. A twenty-four-year old MBA student, a victim of racial abuse and murderous attack died to day at a hospital in Dehradun after fighting for life for fourteen days. The incident occured on December 9 when Anjel and his brother Michael Chakama objected to being called as Chinese,etc. They were allegedly brutally attacked by a group of six men in which Anjel was fatally wounded. 
The incident, disturbing as it is, raises serious questions wanton attack by hooligans on people who do no offence. This lawlessness justifiable on no account need to be curbed. But when that doesn't happen lumpen elements feel encouraged and bring shame to the whole country.
Th authorities need to act quckly and devicively to send a strong message and prevent such horrific incidents.
